Previously in ADVENTURES OF THE SUPER SONS, Robin and Superboy found themselves on the prison planet known as Takron-Galtos. There, they fought back against the wrath of Rex Luthor and the Injustice Army. Upon the end of ADVENTURES OF THE SUPER SONS #8, the duo escaped Takron-Galtos thanks to the assistance of Joker Jr. and Green Lantern, Al-X. However, the destination of their escape was ambiguous. Now, in ADVENTURES OF THE SUPER SONS #9, that destination has been revealed.
The preview for ADVENTURES OF THE SUPER SONS #9, available below, kicks off with Jonah Hex facing off against some bounty hunters on the planet Leone-5. In the midst of the face-off, Superboy, Robin, and Al-X unexpectedly arrive, taking out the bounty hunters in the process.
Jonah Hex is unsurprisingly alarmed by the sudden appearance of these three boys. However, the four have come to an agreement. As the boys take down those bounty hunters, Jonah agrees to help the boys find their way out of Leone-5.
